Mae'r Grwp Cynghori Gweithredu ar Anabledd Dysgu (GCGAD) yn hollbwysig wrth lunio polisi'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ar gyfer pobl ag anabledd dysgu. Mae'n cynghori'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ar bob mater sy'n ymwneud ag anabledd dysgu. Yn bwysicach na dim mae GCGAD yn cadw Anabledd Dysgu ar yr agenda.
