Charging for homecare and other non-residential social services
This consultation seeks your comments on the draft regulations and guidance to local councils needed to implement a 'First Steps Improvement Package' of changes to introduce more consistency. These changes will apply to those who receive services from their local council and those who enter into a Direct Payments arrangement with their council to purchase services themselves.
